This week I prepared a dinner for some great friends (hosts) and a group of British soccer players. These guys were in Monterey for a week to coach a junior soccer camp, as designed by UK comany www.challengersports.com Sushi ingredients used: Yellowfin Ahi tuna (fresh from the Monterey Bay) Smoked wild caught Alaskan salmon Tempura shrimp (tj's) Organic cucumbers Avocado Fried egg Light cream cheese Soy 'tofutti' imitation cream cheese Nishiki brown rice Seasoned rice vinegar Roasted nori seaweed Lemon zest Wasabi Wasabi mayonnaise Soy sauce Also, paired with miso soup and vegetable gyoza (tj's).
